A little pricey but I say worth it. The Volcano roll is to die for. We tried probably 4 different ones and all were very good. Definitely should try this place. We can twice in our 5 day trip.

This place is absolutely amazing. Although the service did take a little while, the sushi was SUPER fresh and very delicious. The restaurant itself is nice and cozy with many tvs on every wall, so good for watching sports. Can't explain enough how good our sushi was. The Volcano Roll was to die for and I HIGHLY recommend.

Surprised by the quality of sushi, our group talked about this meal for days later - from the rolls to sashimi to the teriyaki chicken, everything was on point. Our server was very attentive despite it being a busy New Year's Eve.

I was surprised to find this unexpected top high quality sushi restaurant in Pagosa Springs, Colorado. Wow! I have had sushi all over the world and my my my what a surprise. The food was Excellent! Service was Excellent! Presentation was Excellent! I even loved the country and western music! My husband , who doesn't eat Sushi, loved the Shrimp Tempura and the Grilled Sea-basson a bed of spinach. He had eaten it all before I could take a photo so my apologies. We started out with Spicy garlic edamame! Another empty bowl! Highest recommendation.

Tonkatsu was very good, great flavor. Maybe reference pork belly on menu. Eggs was cooked perfectly. House salad dressing was also flavored very, very well. Tempura was nicely done: crisp and not greasy. Music was much too loud and the country music was just plain bad. Really bad. A little pricey but okay for long lunch

First time trying Victor's Sushi, and our expectations were exceeded. The space is newly decorated with a bright, fresh vibe in the dining area, and a more cocktail lounge feel in the bar area. Service was friendly and attentive. Hot sake and a lemon drop martini hit the spot. Followed by several rolls to share - the soft shell crab roll was my fave. Husband loved the Flamingo roll. All were super delicious. Lots more options on the menu to try, and we are looking forward to going back. Glad to have good sushi in Pagosa!

I think this spot opened just a week ago or so. The owner has another location in Brush CO. My Japanese wife told me all taste is quite authentic and gives thumbs up especially to the sushi gari (ginger) which reminds her of Tokyo sushi joints . Yellowtail and Salmon quality was excellent and alot of ingredients they use like miso and soy sauce is made in-house. For non sushi eaters they do have ramen (we didn't try yet) and I had the sesame chicken which is quite tasty and hit the spot. Owner is very nice. I will go back this weekend and post some pics. But definitely recommendable although I think they are in 'soft opening' now and they may install a sushi bar later so the place is a work in progress. But believe me this place is worth to check out because the quality stands out
